By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
I authorise North Canine Limited to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my dog(s). I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to obtaining emergency care. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. I also authorise North Canine Limited to use an alternative veterinarian if my regular veterinarian is unavailable.
I will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the trainer or other persons/animals by my dog(s). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Canine Limited in the event of a claim by any person injured by my dog(s).
I realise I must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel any 1-1 dog training appointments otherwise this session will be lost. Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone/email. This does not apply in the case of sudden illness or sickness to either owner or the dog.
I realise that I must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice in order to cancel any residential training. Cancellations within 2 weeks of your dogs scheduled stay date will be offered alternative dates. No refunds will be given should you wish to cancel within 2 weeks of your dogs scheduled stay date and you refuse alternate dates.
I realise payment is non-refundable at any point during your training course.
I agree to pay North Canine Limited in full prior to the service as per Due Date on invoice supplied.
I understand that any training service is only confirmed upon North Canine Limited receipt of payment.
North Canine Limited will inform me of any incident or anything they notice about the dog(s) which the owner should know.
I understand that North Canine Limited reserves the right to refuse to train any dog.
I understand that if my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine at any time, North Canine Limited cannot provide services to my dog(s) for 2 weeks thereafter as it is a live vaccine. I agree to notify North Canine Limited if my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine.
I declare that my dog(s) is not on the banned breed list in accordance with UK law.
I declare that my dog(s) is not under a Dog Control Order and that if this should change, I will inform North Canine Limited prior to my next arranged service.
I declare that any history of human/dog bites will be disclosed to North Canine Limited during the consultation.
I understand that North Canine Limited cannot train a bitch in season and that if an outdoor training session is scheduled, it shall be rearranged for a later date when the season has ended. I agree to notify North Canine Limited of any changes.
I declare that everything discussed during the consultation I know to be true and a fair representation of my dog(s).
I understand that my dog(s) will spend time around other dogs, both in and outside the home environment where safe to do so.
I understand and agree that my dog(s) will rest in a safe, secure crate and be transported in a safe, secure travel crate. Any concerns over this must be discussed with North Canine Limited prior to any training/training stay.
